Role & Responsibilities:
Thebes group are looking for an experienced Senior Deployment Project Manager to join their professional services team. You should have extensive and recent experience working within a fast paced and demanding environment. You will need to have experience in Change Management, strong Communication supporting the localisation and deployment of SAP "Core Accounting and Reporting" solution globally.
You should be able to engage at all levels throughout the business and deal with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
You will be working on a transformation programme as part of dedicated team.
You will be responsible for all aspects related to the Regional deployment of the new technology common environment. This role will lead, develop, plan and execute the chosen deployment model into local countries within the region, engage and connect the relevant stakeholders and represent the country and global needs.
This is a delivery focused role with pure focus on managing the partners to deliver on their contractual commitments and ensure successful deployment to the countries within the region.
- Fully define the AS-IS and then TO-BE environments - what's in scope and what's out for day one deployment
- Responsible for the regional leadership and co-ordination of the workstream leads, such as and not limited to the business engagement and communications leads, solutions assurance lead, data migration lead and testing lead, training lead, country deployment leads during the planning and deployment phases of the project.
- Manage the development of the regional user adoption strategy approach and journey for each BU. Responsible for delivering these strategies and for leading a workstream team to support doing so.
- Engage regional Business Unit and IT key stakeholders (including at country & site level) to ensure alignment of business drivers and technology deliverables as well as gaining sponsorship of the deployment model and schedule.
- Overall accountability and responsibility for the regional deployment model and deployment schedule of the common technology environment in line with delivery of the overall business drivers and transition program objectives
