Description:

The position is based in Cologne, Germany, reporting to the Supervisor, FCSD-Europe IT
for Parts, Supply and Logistics (PSL).
The position will be highly visible to the business, with regular contact to FoE FCSD
management team of every level.
The position has no subordinates, but requires strong relationship management,

communication and project management skills.
The position is cross – functionally coordinating a number of
Delivery organizations and 3rd party IT suppliers.

The position will be facing off to PSL and Marketing and Sales business areas of FCSD.

1. The PTG PSL position requires very good business Analysis skills primarily and good
project management skills.
Handling of numerous projects of different size in an existing application portfolio,

maintained by different delivery organizations (external and internal US Europe and Asia
Pacific).

Role is to liaise with business, take up and initiate analysis of requirements, develop
cost/efforts/timeline for delivery, track and govern development, User Acceptance
Testing and implementation of the changes.
First point of contact for all PSL related issues.
2. eVHC is one of the larger projects for which the PTG rule has to be performed during
project execution (overall governance of the project, accountability towards and face off
to the business).
The eVHC team is a small project team standardizing and automating the electronic
Vehicle Health Check process at dealer repair shops by exchanging key information
between external eVHC packages, Ford systems and dealer managements systems.

This will improve dealer loyalty, boost Ford parts sales and provide process metrics and
statistics to dealer and Ford for efficiency and sales opportunities.

Degree Required: No
Technical Skills (Must Have):
good team worker and strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
(German , English)
excellent Business analysis skills
quick starter in analyzing requirements in a diverse business process and IT portfolio
environment
SDM (Ford’s structured project management tool) or similar tools and evidence of
successful cross functional projects
Evidence of effective relationship management targeted towards business / IT /
management /external partners
Evidence of effective time management, prioritization, negotiating and organizational
skills
excellent handling of risk management and coordination of emergency situations
between applications teams / Data center hosting / business
Technical Skills (Nice To Have): Ford experience / FCSD – parts business or in similar industries experience of project management software and methodology (e.g. PMI) in depth experience in areas of parts, supply and logistics
