Role:Field Service Technician -hallbergmoos(Germany)Will be responsible for the following:
Use imaging software to load new machines
Replacement/maintenance of hardware
Troubleshoot software issues
Troubleshoot hardware issues
The candidate will need the following:
- Minimum of 4 years working experience
Technical Qualifications
- Windows Operating systems
- Windows 7, Windows XP,
- Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2007
- Remote desktop connectivity applications: RDP, pcAnywhere
- MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook configuration issues with Exchange
Soft Skills:
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Strong customer service skills are absolutely required
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate and write effectively/professionally
independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions Follow the escalation process Follow the shift hand-over process Update work logs Categorizes as per CTI as appropriate Update the knowledge base Coaching fresher’s to be independent Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required Adhere to organization policies and procedures Complies to regulatory requirements Alert Monitoring Ticket Monitoring Informing On - call support Opening Bridge Call.
