For our client we are looking for a Shift Team Leader for Incident Managent (F/M) with following responsibilities:The role is to lead and mentor the Team of 7 to 14 Staff on Incident Managment processes.
The scope includes:
o Manage costumer escalations
o Manage rota scheduling for 3 shift (morning, afternoon, night shift) to maintain a 24/7 service
o Lead a team of 7 to 14 Engineers.
o Working time is during from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, but if needed jump-in for staff on sickness or holiday leave.
Skills:
o Shift Team leader experience
o Good knowledge in 2G/3G wireless technology
o Understanding UMTS/GSM network architecture, interfaces and related potocols.
o Good experience in Radio Access Network, not less than 3 years technical support experience in GSM-BSS.
o Skill in RNC/BSC/BTS/NodeB hardware system, software commissioning, data configuration and integration, basic trouble shootting.
o Candidates with big project experience or radio network swap experience would be preferred.
o Good communication skill, fluent spoken / written English and German, good at team work, open mind

Start: End of November
Duration: 6 months with option of extension
