CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: IT System Administrator - Fluent German & English - Mannheim, Germany - Initial 3-6 month contract - Competitive daily rate (Dependent on experience)
One of my most exciting clients based in Mannheim, Germany are currently looking for a fluent German & English speaking IT Systems Administrator to join them on-site for an initial 3-6 month contract.
Please note, this role requires someone who can speak fluent German and English. Please DO NOT apply if you are not fluent in both German and English.
The vision is to simplify the relationships and communication between brands and consumers as much as possible and minimize effort and time. People should be able to get in touch with their friends as well as with brands simply and quickly via the desired channel and receive immediate service.
We are looking for a creative employee for our Mannheim office as IT System Administrator. The IT system administrator helps to establish high IT standards, especially in our German branches.
Your tasks:
- As part of the IT team, you are the first point of contact for all IT support inquiries and the ticket system from all over the world.
- You take over the software briefing new staff and take care that the hardware is ready for entry.
- Depending on the scope, you are part of IT project teams or take on smaller projects yourself.
- You are experienced in dealing with Active Directory, G Suite and JAMF.
- You support our office extensions and take care of the IT infrastructure.
You bring:
- You have first work experience in IT support.
- You know the 1st and 2nd level support for macOS and Windows.
- You are familiar with all areas of network support: VPN, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP.
- You already have some experience working with an Active Directory.
- You have fluent German and English skills.
