My client in Wolfsburg are looking for a Senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach to join them for a 6 month contract.You will be responsible for leading the software development team to adopt Agile methodologies as their working method. The business will look to you as a strategic partner and thought leader in its transition to Agile delivery methodologies.Requirements:
Master degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or similar
(Advanced) Certified ScrumMaster
7 years of hands-on experience in delivering agile projects from inception to deployment (Agile testing, Agile development, XP practices and Agile architecture)
5+ years of large-scale agile transformation & delivery
Experience to clearly coach teams and programs of varying maturity levels
Hands experience scaling Agile practices, preferred Scaled Agile Framework
Experience in creating/enhancing training materials and deliver training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
Fluent in English
