Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
Working in an international agile digital project with more than 150 involved people.
The project is setup in an agile way with SAFe as a framework. The candidate will work in a team of around 10 people in the area of Enterprise Access Management. The team takes care on all needed processes and documentations to lift the platform on an automated and compliant level.
Tasks for the candidate will be the definition of user management processes, the alignment of those processes with business stakeholders as well as the needed documentation and instrumentation of it.

Should have:
- participated an audit review and knows what needs to be covered from an audit perspective
- as an Digital Initiative we offer the possibility to bring the own device but we expect at least a Microsoft Office Suite and a Skype Business Account"
Nice to have:
- Knowledge/Experience in agile methodologies could be advantageous
Soft-Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complex matrix organisation and quick to adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent communication skills, managing stakeholders at an executive level
- Ability to simplify technical jargon into concise easy to understand facts for the key stakeholders
