IT Consultant/Application Advisor (m/f/d) BMC - Dortmund area - GERMANY
Dear all,
For our customer in the Dortmund area we are looking for an IT Consultant/Application Advisor (m/f/d) BMC.
Tasks:
- Elaboration and evaluation of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Preparation and elaboration of business service models in BMC
- Preparation of detailed catalogues of measures and documentation
- Support and maintenance of the BMC system landscape
- Adaptation of APIs from Matrix42 into the Atrium CMDB or Cell configuration in TSPS (in Baroc)
- Connecting Other Monitoring Systems to the TSIM
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge with Matrix42, CA Spectrum and Icinga
- Safe handling of BMC Discovery, BMC Remedy, BMC Truesight (TSIM and TSPS), BMC Digital Workplace
- Experience with Microsoft Powershell and SQL as well as Discovery, Atrium, Truesight and DWP
- fluent German and/or English skills (German is preferred!)
