Scrum Master/Agile CoachAgile Coach
We’re looking for Agile Coaches and experienced Scrum Masters who are able to work as a squad to coach both Teams and Leadership.
Candidates need to be confident and able to adapt coaching style to meet the needs of the team or individual they are coaching.
Knowledge of the following areas are also highly desirable:Transformation,Scrum,Kanban, Lean Principles,SAFe, LeSS.
You will be able to provide in-depth assessments of developing infrastructure and engineering teams, and provide feedback to senior stakeholders
You must also speak fluent German.
