For our customer in North Rhine Westphalia we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Promotes Scrum and SAFe, by helping everyone understand theory, practices, rules and values
- Servant-leader for the Scrum Team and serves the PO, the Dev Team and the Organization in several ways
- Ensuring goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the Scrum Team
- Facilitates Scrum and SAFe events and ceremonies
- Ensures that the PO plans the Product Backlog to maximize value
- Coaches the Dev Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Helps the Dev Team to create high-value products
- Tracks, communicates and resolves impediments of the Development Team
- Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption
Your qualifications:
- Several years of project experience within as a SCRUM Master
- English is a must
- Willingness to travel
