- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal) and ability to guide Senior Stakeholders

- Additional SAP SuccessFactors sub-module experience
- Knowledge of Add-Ons outside of SAP solutions for Skills Management & Talent Management
- German language skills
- Previously worked at a Consultancy
Overview
You be required to play a leading role in the implementation of Skills Management & Talent Management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors. You will be in direct contact with Senior Stakeholders within the business, and act as the bridge between the business and the SAP project team.
As the SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will lead the work around finding solutions to the demands of the business and drive technical architecture discussions and offer clear recommendations.
