Task
- Planning And Persecution Of Software projects
- Professional management of five to twelve SW developers, input from India
- Responsibility for budget, quality (product and process), content, appointments, customer commitments SW
Knowledge And Skills
- Work experience in SW development, at least five years
- Work experience as project manager, at least two successful projects
- Certification Project managers
- Language skills German And English
- Work experience in the automotive environment, replacement with Embedded systems in large-scale series
- High Independence and Disciplined Functioning
- Team work
- Resilience, Initiative, Creativity
- Knowledge of CMMI, ASPICE, ISO26262 advantageous
