For our client in Munich we are looking for a Product Analyst (EU) (m/w/d)• Participate in pre-sales activities with prospects and existing customers; define product solution by working with the product team
• Provide product requirements for payments processing schemes in the EU (SEPA, TARGET2, SEPA Inst) and for international payments (SWIFT)
• Translate business requirements into product specifications aiding design of the product in a more configurable manner
• Design extendable and reusable business services that can be orchestrated to offer a wide variety of business products
• Perform impact and risk analysis when making changes to the products and prioritizing the backlogs
• Define acceptance criteria’s and support product owner in accepting / signing off the deliverables
• Aid the preparation of test cases in line with user stories / functional specifications
• Hands on knowledge and experience in core payments processing domain, for retail and corporate banking customers
• Hands on knowledge in European payment schemes (SEPA, TARGET2) and international payments (SWIFT)
• Hands on expertise in at least one leading payments processing product such as Fundtech GPP, FIS Clear2Pay, Dovetail
• Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering – requirements elicitation, requirements elaboration, requirement analysis, requirement translation, requirement documentation, requirement communication
• Assist in defining the business problem and the business solution in line with appropriate best practice, governance standards and methodologies
• Exposure to agile ways of working
• A good understanding of service oriented architecture, including concepts around API, Micro-Services etc. is highly desirable
• Excellent good oral and written communication skills
