Senior UX Researcher (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
- Conduct qualitative studies including observation & interviews
- Support & drive insights for the framing and visioning process with deep qualitative research into user behaviour
- Synthesize and communicate research findings to inform business and product decisions
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and verbal presentations
- Distil data into actionable insights for internal design and business teams
- Prepare and facilitate Design Thinking workshops with multiple stakeholders on the foundation of the research insights
Main qualifications
- Profound user research experience in applied product research
- In-depth experience moderating user research sessions
- Track record of facilitating Design Thinking workshops (planning through execution) of small to large sessions over 1-2 days to help groups achieve their end objective(s)
- Experience defining the high-level strategy (the why)
- MS Office and Balsamiq know-how, Adobe tools are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Outgoing, persuasive personality to influence and guide decision making
