Overview:
- Roll out global Adhesive DP und SNP Templates
- Global Template defined and described
- APO DP template live worldwide in all regions, SNP roll out started
- Wave approach
- Project language: English (Meetings and Documentation)
Activities:
- Roll out of existing APO DP/SNP Template
- Changes to Template have to be approved by APO DP/SNP Template Sounding Board, aim is to be as close to the template as possible in all regions.
- Sales History load via EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse - SAP BW)
- Technical Sales History validation
- Technical set up of APO SNP
- Preparation and execution of Kick off/Training, UAT (User Acceptance Test), cut over and go-live support including Hypercare and hand over to Maintenance provider
- Consult in global projects and dealing with different cultures is a key requirement
- Scheduling and set up of Jobs - process chains and set up of these jobs in Autosys (Job scheduling system)
- Alignment with other regions/projects
- Work in realignment, ABC/XYZ calculation, heuristic, CIF, macro programming,
- Work with BW loadings, cubes, DTPs etc.
- write FDs (functional designs), to review TD (technical design)
- work with off shore above and below (ABAP developers) resources
- Travel worldwide
