For our client located in Germany (Berlin) we are searching for an experienced END USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST!- Start: ideally ASAP (based on availability)
- Form of cooperation: freelancing, 6 months + expected extension
- Location: client’s office in Berlin
Your task will be:
- to provide solutions, support, and assistance to end user requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints in a professional manner (ca 50 end users).
- to provide support to their PCs, laptops, printers, mobile phones, installations, etc.
- to assist and help company's IT staff.
Knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of technologies, HW, SW, MS Windows, Mobile phones, etc.
- Proficiency in German (native speaker) and English (speaking and writing).
- Communicative personality, structured, proactive attitude.
- Problem solving personality and reliability.
