Brand Manager New Brands (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Analyze markets, portfolios and consumer insights and monitor competitor activities
- Develop brand and product concepts (design, assortment) that will answer relevant consumer needs
- Test concept potential with different market research methods and align them with the top-management
- Work as a project lead for the transfer of the concepts into products and the roll-out of those products to the countries
- Brief, steer and align all service providers and key stakeholders within the organization
- Control the project milestones, including time and risk management to enable a launch in time
- Transfer the product innovation into different countries and ensure proper implementation by local organizations
- Control the country adaptions, monitor the country’s KPIs and enable the sharing of best practices
Main qualifications
- Professional experience as a Brand manager or product manager in the beauty industry
- Marketing and retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with team members as well as stakeholders
- A good financial understanding in terms of P&L
- Excellent skills with the MS Office suite, especially ppt and excel
- Profound fluency in German and English
