Aufgabenbeschreibung:Programm Manager "Service Now"
- Program Support (Assessment; Set Up & Program Management (Office)) for Program: Service Now
Phase 1: Assessment of the actual program set up, scope, charter, milestones, organisation, governance, resources (including external partners), time plan, quality & risk management and business case.
Within that phase, we will jointly look in depth at all necessary success factors of an excellent program and we will prepare all program elements needed for a GO, decision by the Executive Board.
This Phase will end beginning of April 2019 with a "Go" (or No-Go)
