Software Engineer - Freelance - 3 Months (extension possible)A groundbreaking market leading company is looking for a freelance Software Engineer. They are backed by some huge investment and they need a Data Engineer to work on a game changing 3 month project with the possibility of extension.
The Software Engineer will have strong Python while also having experience creating containerized applications using Docker. They are looking for a Software Engineer or Data Engineer who is strong with Python, Docker, PySpark and Hadoop.
Tasks:
*Optimize, develop and implement solutions within data pipelines (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
*Use of service oriented architecture, creating containerized applications and functions especially in cloud is a bonus
*Creating Python modules
Required skills:
*Strong Python
*Experience with PySpark and Hadoop
*Previous experience working with Docker
*English Speaker needed
*3+ years of experience
