REST API Solution Architect
Overview:
Implement measures to reduce the interface dependencies between Applications. After successful implementation of the Project, a larger percentage of Application releases can be installed outside of so-called, rollout weekends.

Activities:

Definition of REST API guidelines based on a consolidation of various input sources
Draft version of the document
TMForum API guidelines
Analysis results regarding decoupling of existing interfaces
Identify inconsistencies between objectives and stakeholder interests and manage / moderate clarification with relevant teams
Introduce / spread relevant knowledge and expertise to relevant stakeholders regarding API management, governance processes, and software development, interface decoupling, integration/deployment (CI/CD)
