- Comprehensive protection of a vServer. This includes numerous measures to secure the server against hacking as well as the internal self-monitoring of the server (Monit). An external monitoring does not belong to this scope of services.- Server administration of the website syrian-heritage.org and associated e-mail accounts via Plesk.
- The scope of services also includes the subsequent regular updating of the software packages on the server, as provided by the operating system manufacturer and offered by Plesk.
- Also included is a (optional: daily) check of the emails, which sends alerts via monitoring programs.
- Security Certificates: Setup and scripts provide the free Lets Encrypt certificates, which are valid for a maximum of 3 months. Their updating should be partially automated (via scripts), the necessary actions are performed in Plesk.
- Website backup: Daily backup, cancellation 6 days + 3 weeks + 3 quarters.
- Regular updating and securing of CMS Wordpress and all of its relevant plugins.
- Delivery of all access data as well as notes on the scripts / services / cron jobs etc. set up.
- The above mentioned one-time tasks as well as the ongoing monitoring and maintenance over 11 months starting ASAP
