MUST-HAVE SKILLS / MANDATORY
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with the following are mandatory:
• Have extensive experience, expertise and focus on performing studies (auditing, maturity assessments, implementation planning)
and defining strategy and architecture of Identity and Access Management solutions.
• A solid track record of implementing the proposed solutions is considered beneficial, however the focus is on the studies, strategy and
architecture.
• Have in-depth knowledge on IAM best practices across different industries, combining both business and domain expertise.
• Experience with international organisations as well high-availability systems operated 27/4 is considered beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO 27000-standard series is considered beneficial.
• Have experienced resources as well as the capacity to deliver the study.
• Have adequate risk management and quality assurance practices.
• Be vendor independent / vendor neutral.
TASKS
• Provide a consolidated overview of the existing IAM processes, roles, responsibilities and infrastructure.
• Perform a maturity assessment and a gap analysis;
• Produce a strategic plan for addressing the identified gaps.
• Define an Identity and Access Management (IAM) target architecture for the end client, based on best practices and minimizing the needed maintenance effort.
• Define a realistic and pragmatic IAM implementation roadmap, taking into account the organisation’s resources, change management processes and risk appetite
