Win10 Specialist - urgently required for a contract portion with a major client in Munich, Germany
Activities cover the maintenance and setup of client physical and virtual desktop architecture for an existing Windows 7 and planned Windows 10 (>6000 desktops) environment. The service also includes the existing Office 2010 and for the future Office . The service need interaction of multiple internal and external partners for the same. It also involves the management and maybe ownership of a few products and CIB tools. Participate in projects and initiatives. Provide timely and quality assured solutions.
MS Windows 7
- Deep know-how MS Windows 10
- Active Directory structure
- Active Directory Group Policies
- Knowledge and understanding of SW packaging and release processes
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS etc.) - HPSM
- Understanding of change management processes
- Citrix Receiver Front End
- SCCM
- MS Office 2010, 2016 and 365
- Understanding HW/SW dependencies
- Advantage is experience with Voice Recording technology, Trader boards
Tasks
- Cover existing Windows 7/Office 2010 environment.
- Interaction with multiple partners to in a multi-location environment
- Active work at the change from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
- Group policies analyze and change
- Microsoft Office cover and change
- Excel Scripting support
- Incident management and root cause analysis and reporting
- Take over management and product ownership for some CIB Applications
