Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab April 2019 externe Unterstützung.
Technical and business related skillset expected:
• Experience in Energy Trading business as well as in Energy business in general (with a main focus on the wholesale energy business)
• Expert experience in Back-Office related processes like Settlement preparation, account clearing, invoice creation and the relating dependent activities
• Expert experience in SAP solutions is necessary, especially for SAP ERP (MM, SD, FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR ) and SAP IS-U (as there are similarities in the custom solution, where IS-U knowledge allows a quick basic understanding)
• Extended experience in SAP PI as a connector between systems (ETRM to SAP and vice versa) experience in other interface technologies (e.g. Fuse ESB) is of advance
• Understand the necessary prerequisites and enrichments for a deal made between two parties to become an invoice including printing, posting, tax-requirements in an international environment (10 different commodities traded with more than 550 customers / 500 vendors in around 60 countries using 10 different currencies).
• Ability to support product development for the whole trade lifecycle.
Products are developed starting at exchanges / brokers via Front End Systems (e.g. Trayport, Exxeta, Speedwell, etc.), going over to a Trade Capture System (ETRM, incl. consideration of deal model dependent setup of deals, fees, taxes and interests); followed by confirmation, dispatching and market communication to be finally concluded in the invoicing solution SAP ISS containing all above described activities and tasks.
Soft skills expected:
• English language skills are mandatory as the company is international staffed and hence the working language is commonly English.
• Understand the business needs with regards to all settlement and invoice related tasks
• Being able to act as a business analyst and describe and document the business requirements into a documentation, which will be the basis for IT-related estimations and solution development The main focus on analysis tasks is related, but not limited to back office processes, accounting (sub- and general ledger) and tax processes as well as processes relating interfaces between the systems
• Ability to coordinate technical activities within a large system landscape consisting of several source systems, downstream systems and other dependent systems.
• Interact as a key resource between business, IT and respective suppliers involved in processes. This is set up in a multicultural environment and includes resources working in different locations worldwide for our client.
