Volumen: Gesamtstunden: 504 (8 Stunden/Tag, 40 Stunden/Woche)/ Der Berater soll 30 Stunden /Woche onsite und 10 Stunden/Woche offsite arbeiten.

Tasks:
The printer project is a core part of the My Devices strategy and part of my digital workplace program with the introduction of new printing services, the company aims at greater flexibility in the workplace.
The project will offer new printing services such as Pull and Mobile Print in the following countries: Germany, UK, Sweden, Belgium, France, Netherlands and Hungary. Regional teams consisting of the supply partner and local contacts will be responsible for delivering the new printers / updating existing printers to make the new services work. The project must ensure that there is central coordination between the HP rollout partners to ensure that the rollout is kept on track and all issues are resolved quickly. Communication and training materials must be provided or delivered on site prior to the rollout.
Skills:
The overall role is to assume a central coordinating role for the rollout, tracking progress and facilitating the resolution of any problems that may arise. The following responsibilities are also included:
° Support the Project manager in the Delivery of the MPSaaS printer Project
° Project roll outs spanning more than one country within Europe and dealing with multicultural organisations
° Act as the Central Coordination point for the rollout with the regions and with our partners
° Provide status reporting in alignment with the HP partners
° Coordinate the resolution of rollout issues that require input from the Central project team
° Consult discussions with the various local workers councils in Germany
° Support the project manager and think creatively about how to resolve challenges relating to timeline and locations if required
° PMO activities
° Country rollout Planning and Coordination activities
° Liaison with German Workers Council if native German speaker
° Effective and Efficient management of key stakeholders up to and including board level
