Our client is currently looking for a Field Service Process Expert (m/f) in Cologne.
The clients` field service handles hardware during its complete lifecycle. This includes printers, meetingroom equipment and special meeting support.
Responsibilities:- Identify and assess activities of the Field Service Agents
- Review identified activities with IT and involved departments
- Document processes (flow charts/process designer)
- Create procedures and work instructions for use in the IT department (including Knowledge Base articles and user guides)
- Request internal sign off of documented information in order to trigger release processes accordingly
- Hands on experience in a Field Services team
- Experience in creating user guides, handouts, work instructions and Knowledge Base articles
- Ability to visualize processes and translate them into flow charts
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, procurement and other internal departments involved in these processes
- Experience in business process analyzation and documentation important
- Ability to propose process improvements to become more efficient in the Field Service
