Main tasks:
- Develop a target landscape for joint “Enterprise Systems” (i.e. Finance, Risk, Treasury, AFC / Compliance, HR)
- Ensure Treasury readiness in AML, issuance, execution and support as well as in operations activities
Main qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of Treasury as well as financial markets in a retail banking environment is required to enable solutions for AML, issuance, execution and support as well as operations
- Experience with reviewing and aligning with other relevant ES projects, in particular regarding individual integration roadmaps and functional dependencies
- Experience in highlighting critical dependencies and provide transparency on the critical path
- Experience with the preparation of project management materials (e.g. presentation for management discussions, implementation roadmap, business case development support, status meetings and reports)
- Experience with Preparation of Conduct and Document SME meetings/workshops
- Ability to understand complex issues deeply in a short space of time
- Experienced with related bank processes and architectures
- Fluency in German and English
