For our client, a market leader in quality and inspection services, we are looking for an ETQ Supporter/Administrator (w/m) on a freelance basis.
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 12 Months
Location: Cologne

Responsibilities
- Configuration of application files & configuration files
- User Synchronisation into Application configuration
- Group Administrator in AD and assignment of configurations within the EtQ system.
- Troubleshooting in ETQ application
- Analyse program errors & Cache Overflow errors
- Take over tickets from 2nd level support
- Deployment of customizations, new versions, etc.
- Updates of Software to the newest version.
Skills
- You have very good knowledge of ETQ software
- You have experience in 2nd level support and working with offshore development teams
- You have good communication skills as you will be the liaison between user’s und developers
- You are a team player and you are happy to help solve problems from other users
Languages:
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
- German language is not needed
