We are looking for someone who from an organizational as well as technical point quickly understands what is required and how it can be trained in a most efficient way
Someone who has experience in creating interactive self-paced learning material may be what we are looking for
Good German and English Skills (Spanish would be nice)
Work experience from IT projects
Vast experience of providing Web Based Training (WBT) to Field Based Services teams (Globally)
Your tasks:
Oversees the operations training process including new hire and cross training
Creates, enhances, and monitor training and curriculum development processes that will improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and improve team performance
Develops, manages logistics, assigns training resources, and coordinates site/enterprise-wide learning opportunities and events to meet business needs
Ensures training environment is professional while establishing baseline for acceptable performance and behavior
Reviews training programs for completeness and accuracy
Manages change through effective and timely communication
Organizes, develops, and obtains, training materials, guides, and other course materials such as handouts and visual materials
Evaluates Trainer performance through feedback tools such as surveys, side by side coaching, focus groups, consultation with leaders, goal setting, deficiency management, and direct observations
Develops and monitors delivery of competency based learning activities (i.e. performance management, coaching and feedback, customer service)
Works closely with Operations and SMO to ensure accuracy of all materials
Leads by example by displaying confidentiality and professionalism at all times
