Tasks and requirements:
The role requires management and responsibility for the rollout and support processes, with particular emphasis on:

Ensuring the end to end deployment process is at all times accurately documented and representative of the current commercial requirements of all operational disciplines across the programme, most notably:
- Purchase to pay
- E2E connectivity planning and Line of Sight
- Civil Works - design, permitting and construction
- Installation and commissioning (radio and microwave)
- Site integration and verification
- Procurement and partner management
- Logistics
- Documentation control
- Commercial (claim, change order and contract management)
- Cost & progress, and finance & control processes
- Maintaining detailed knowledge and understanding of all related processes, to
ensure active leadership, contribution and participation in process design,
problem diagnosis and improvement initiatives across all functional disciplines
- Identifying, defining and leading the development of new processes, ensuring
cross functional and customer compliance with operational and commercial
requirements
- Play a key role in the evaluation and impact assessment of functional and
commercial change requests, facilitating proper integration with existing the
processes and supporting successful implementation
- Ensuring alignment between the functional processes, the programme
management office tools and systems, procurement and the programme delivery
and support teams, including:
- Process end to end map
- Functional process documents
- Functional scope of works documents
- Tools and systems documentation
- Rule Book
- Responsibility matrix and database definition
- User training manuals
- Documentation deliverables
- Business process document
- Building industry leading, easy to use, process tools, to ensure access to and
understanding of the process across the programme, both internally, and
externally with our customer and suppliers
- Developing business rules to speed design and implementation for rapid and
effective process change, with no negative impact to existing processes
- Developing and maintaining process and tools communications for the
programme, including instructions, bulletins etc.
- Working with technical teams to ensure equipment features and technologies
are properly documented within the process, including implementation of change
- Participating in functional process and programme reviews and analysis to
ensure the efficacy of technical solutions
- Providing leadership and support for the development of the inter-dependent
processes between the customer and whose customer and third party vendors
and contractors
- Supporting functional heads and IPM ImplementationTeams in the development
and leadership of process education and training, including the development of
materials and delivery of education for internal and external users
- Manage the overall development, implementation and maintenance of the
required programme tools landscape to meet the programme objectives, and
provide a programme gateway for all individual tool owners including:
- SAP
- IPM and supporting applications
- Logistica
- Customer and external tools (e.g SoDa, APT)
- Provide the lead for the reporting team to ensure that data requirements are
understood and reflected in the tools and process landscape.
- Manage the activities and priorities of a team including the reporting and data
manager and reporting and process coordinators
- Take the lead in ensuring data integrity is maintained within the key tools,
initiating concerted data cleaning and ensuring ongoing guidance to prevent
recurrence of data inaccuracies
- Support the programme director and management team in all matters relating to
process and tools, both internally and externally as required
- Actively support the programme risk management process and participate in
identification and mitigation of risk
