Telecommunication - Reporting Specialist and IPM Specialist (m/f) Ref. Nr.: 8619 JG/SW



Contract: employed

Duration: asap for 6 months with option for prolongation

Location: D8



Scope of Work:
- Assists the Reporting Manager with the initial set up of all reports and the IPM
database to handle project specific inputs and outputs
- Customizes reports to meet project related goals and Customer requests
- Understand all aspects of excel, macros and access databases
- Understand the working requirement of IPM and ensures the data from the
customer tool set can be mapped to IPM
- Routine maintenance and back up of information
- Keep the reports and forms up to date
- Ensure all data is accurate and working with managers to troubleshoot problems
- Establish synchronization schedules for data merging and the proper completion
of this task
- Merges data from SoDa, APT, SAP and other tools into one workable report
generator

Interface:
- Reports to the Reporting Manager
- Daily interaction and communication required with all departments
- Daily interaction with the Regional Management team

Qualification Profile:
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Access including Macro Programming
- Knowledge of Access and Oracle operating platforms
- Project experience would be an advantage, especially Turnkey
- Works well under extreme pressure with tight timeframes
