Delivery
Delivery of the design documentation (High Level Design, Interface Specification or chapters of the relevant documents for which the contractor will be responsible).

Deep knowledge in writing of high level service design and low level design documentation (E2E re-sponsible for interfaces and service specifications)

Senior: At least 5 years in engineering responsibilities as in scope (in mobile operator organisation with focus on mobile packet core and policy control), whereas at least 2 years must have been work-ing in a mobile or fix operator organisation (experience working for an infrastructure vendor or SW/HW development organisation are not counted here)
