What to expect from your support
Design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes (in close collaboration with internal Salesforce Admin)
Develop and implement business process automation with workflows, process builder and other automation tools (in close collaboration with internal Salesforce Admin)
Resolve incidents with Salesforce and related applications reported by users in their daily doing (trello/asana ticket logic)
Support data migration and adherence to standards and exception processes
Ensure data quality within the salesforce instance
What to bring to the table
>3 years experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations, testing and support
Experience with Sales Cloud and Pardot (Marketing Cloud is a plus)
Advanced knowledge of Flows, Workflows, Process Builder and data management tools
Experience with integrating tools and configuration of third-party apps like DocuSign, DemoDesk, Natterbox, etc.
Knowledge of Apex and/or VisualForce is a plus
Experience with Salesforce Lightning
Willingness to connect with other stakeholders (internal IT, wordpress freelancer)
A professional level of English. Good command of German is a plus
