(Lead) Engineer (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Work as a lead engineer in the development of suitable solutions for the global key management infrastructure
- Further and new development of IT security solutions related to the creation of technical requirements, design, development, installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Carrying out product evaluations, creating requirements for third parties and corresponding acceptance with the associated test activities
- Responsible for initiating, planning, managing, controlling and completing projects
- With the aim of planning and managing projects efficiently, limiting risks and achieving project goals qualitatively, on time and within budget
Main qualifications
- IT-related training or studies in computer science/mathematics or comparable qualification.
- Good knowledge in the field of cryptography and standards based on it for securing communication and data
- Distinct knowledge of the associated core technologies and protocols (hardware security modules, X.509, TLS, PKI, Active Directory, Kerberos, 802.1X)
- Experience in working in international teams.
- Proven successful experience in leading complex transformation projects with significant outsourcing/offshoring share.
- Experience in project management (agile or waterfall based methods), especially risk, issue and dependency management with substantial budget/P&L responsibility
- Experience in the field of contract and vendor management
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, efficient management of workload under limited supervision and resilience, especially under time pressure
- Relevant certifications in the area of project and program management; such as CISSP, CISM or other information security relevant certifications are advantageous
