PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP's Global Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Organization, in the Board Area of Global Finance, helps to become a risk intelligent enterprise by increasing strategic performance and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The different areas within Global GRC provide holistically a 360° view on risks and compliance. They also help SAP to foster transparency concerning risks and opportunities and to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, Global GRC ensures the observation of legal requirements, the meeting of regulatory obligations and the safeguarding of SAP's assets. Global GRC manages policies, trainings, assessments, processes, reporting, and SOX-related activities within SAP while being efficient and promoting simplicity.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
. Your main responsibility will be to provide confidential management support to altogether three Vice Presidents in Global GRC (Global GRC's VP of Strategic, P&I CBG, and BIT Risk Management as well as the Global GRC VP Internal Controls & SOX) while reporting into the Global GRC's VP of Risk Management Governance & Corporate Functions.
. Support and manage department-related quarterly risk reporting cycles (internal and external), including: Scheduling, tracking and administration of reporting-cycle related activities
. Consistency and integrity checks, facilitation and coordination of formal reviews based upon the Global GRC Risk Reporting Standard
. Format conversions and preparations including digital rights management
. Alignments with Global GRC Officers world wide
. Assists in proof reading of reports and documents, follow-up with respective team members, generating red-line documents for relevant stakeholders.
. Manages department related administration activities - such as coordination of board level meetings including content preparation and responsibility to track and follow-up on action items, updating materials including PowerPoint and excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations.
. Manages internal department related small projects and special tasks (eg content on our JAM pages and newsletter)
. Prepares and maintains topic content for customer and internal speeches, presentations, informative documentation, etc.
. Co-ordination, organization and documentation of meetings, calendar and correspondence management (manage and organize Outlook calendar/folders, read and respond to e-mails as agreed to by management).
. Performs and monitors purchase activities and admin support for new starters, share drive and managing workflows.
. Managing controlling and reporting activities on behalf of manager, eg creation, staffing and reporting on internal orders, reporting on cost centers and profit centers, creation and maintenance of C-Users
. Manages travel bookings, expense registrations and tracking.

. Very good experience in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe and Adobe conversion
. Takes personal initiative to improve processes and develop new approaches to tasks
. Ability to process information quickly and willingness to take over responsibility for end-to-end processes
. German language and excellent English skills (fluent) are an absolute must
. Accuracy/attention to detail/focus on quality
WORK EXPERIENCE
. Requires 2 years minimum of professional work experience as secretary or equivalent
. Experience with data confidentiality and respective requirements
. Certain experience on senior management as well as Board level desirable
. Good Knowledge on business usage of SAP's internal tools and systems
