Task:- Understand, design, create and execute test suites as well as improve the quality of developed software in order to reduce risk exposure to the bank
- Responsible for the overall definition and establishment of test cases, test scripts, test data, test execution, test reports, test environments and other necessary documentation in the testing area of an IT program and IT projects according to the CMMI L3 process standards of the bank

- Test Runs
- Reporting and justification of defects
- Test execution Status
- Other deliverables as required by the organization (CMMI, etc.)
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience in software testing and test process (min. 4 years)
- Experience in working in IT environment (min 6 years)
- Experience in international projects
- Strong technical skills
- Banking experience strongly preferred
- Degree in Computer Science or Maths/IT education or strong relevant work experience
- Proactive personality with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to "hit the ground running"
- ISTQB certification a strong plus
- Experience with Test Tools (e.g. Quality Center)
- QTP Quick test professional and IBM DB2, SQL a strong plus
- Java programming language
