We are looking for Business Analyst & Project Manager for IAC & MES (m/f) for our client in Wiesbaden, Germany.Business Analyst / Project Manager for IAC & MES (m/f)
Key Job responsibilities:
Business Analyst Activities:
• Understand the in-house application developed by the customer to control manufacturing operations. The .Net based application is called MICS meaning Modular Industrial Control System.
• Handle all the communication/coordination with the customer and offshore team in India
• Capture and Analyze customer requirements; prepare Functional Requirement Specifications document (FRS), and with the help of development team finalize Functional and Technical design.
• Active participation in Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and startup to ensure success and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that the deployed applications perform as per customer expectations and there are no performance issues
Project Management Activities:
• The candidate should have experience on multiple end-to-end, full lifecycle MICS implementation projects.
• Responsible for all the project management functions of MICS project.
• Ensure successful initiation of the project. Ensure that the requirement collection, analysis and Functional/Technical design is prepared using best practices in the industry and customer sign off is received on time.
• Engage development team in such a manner that the resources are utilized in an optimal manner and quality solution is being developed as per project timeline.
• Take ownership to deliver quality solution to the customer and ensure customer sign off is received on time post UAT.
• Effectively handle Go Live preparation, Go Live and Post Go Live support activities. Ensure that the training and change management methodologies are designed properly to ensure smooth transition of the customer business from old systems to new system.
• Meet project related expectations on time, cost and quality parameters at the same time ensuring achievement of CSAT and Employee Satisfaction scores as per organization expectations.
Skills required:
Mandatory:
• German language proficiency is a must
• Experience in Industrial Automation & Control (IAC) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) domain
• Project Management experience
Nice to have :
• Experience in .NET 4.5, C#, Web API 2.0, WCF, Entity Framework 6.0, SQL server, Service broker, Active MQ, Ninject/Unity
• Experience in Angular 5.0/6.0, Typescript, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular Material, HTML 5.0, CSS
• Understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns including Rest full services and Service oriented Architecture.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with web application frameworks
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and TFS
• Experience or knowledge of Micro Services.
• Experience in automotive industry
