For one of our clients we are looking for a INSIGHT Program Change ManagerKnow-How:
The Organizational Change Manager Is the point of contact for the organizational change management activities on the project, ensuring that organizational change activities are conducted, and that dependencies with other implementation activities are identified and that synchronization takes place. This includes the responsibility for the preparation, alignment and execution of communication related activities on SAP-All as well as on project level. He/She provides frameworks and facilitation to ensure that the impacted businesses are provided with the support required from the project, e.g. Change Impact Assessment +amp; Transition planning, identification of resistance/blocking points and appropriate set-up of counter measures. He/She manages interaction with ERO and Workers Council with the goal to receive Workers Council Approval where required.
Change Management Methodology, Communication skills, Facilitation skills, OCM Planning, fluent English written and spoken, general BI understanding
