Aufgabe:
Review IT contracts. Where required: send and receive signed contract
amendment back from supplier.
- Identify relevant 3rd party IT contracts; decide regarding existing
contractual language; clarify/escalate when in doubt
- Communicate with 3rd party IT suppliers verbally and in writing
- Able to answer questions, to clarify, to perform the ?first round of negotiations?
- Request and process formal IT contract amendments
- Communicate with Zurich internal stakeholders and functions
- Filing all relevant information according to Zurich standards and requirements
- Maintain inventories, databases and spreadsheets
- Provide and process periodically status reports and issues logs
- Other similar tasks typically to an IT Procurement function in contracts-review projects
- All administrative, organizational, etc. tasks performed on-time, precise and in high-quality
- Report to internal project leader and to unit leader (Head IT Procurement Europe)

Anforderung:
- Fluent English; need to be able to communicate, and to understand
English IT contracts
- Ideal would be very good knowledge/skills in IT legal aspects
- Experienced in negotiating and managing IT contracts
- Good understanding of IT environment
- Precise and reliable in all administrative and organizational tasks
