Beschreibung des Projekt-/ Verfahrenskontext
The services of the contractor (service) will be provided in the context of the Solution Center "Accounting SAP". This includes:
Development and implementation of new SAP solutions in the functional domain “accounting” (internal and external accounting). The functional domain also covers the central procurement processes.
Gegenstand des Vertrags
Der Dienstleister erbringt folgende Leistungen:
Leading the Procurement work stream in the deployment project in UK (part of the “ahead” program of Deutsche Bahn and “Arriva ERP” program), including reporting, risk management, stakeholder management
Guiding and driving the implementation of the SAP MM/SD functionalities according to the Deutsche Bahn’s process template in the effected companies in UK
Preparation and facilitating interviews, presentations and workshops (in English) for team members and management level
Preparation of effort and time estimations for work packages and monitoring of progress
Development of an implementation / cutover planning
Plan and ensure cross work stream alignments of proposed solutions
Ensuring the delivery of results in quality and in time
Project location: London / UK
Travel activities within the UK and Europe (up to 50%)

Muss-Anforderungen:
Several years of experience in SAP MM consulting in international roll out projects
Self-driven communication skills
Several years of experience in leading of medium/large size teams in international projects
Experiences in rollout of template solutions in subsidiaries incl. data migration and cut over
Very good stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with standard software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
Languages: fluent English
Soll-Anforderungen:
Experienced in the SAP modules FI/CO and SD
Language: German optional
Managing employees in a matrix organization
Experience with projects in large corporations
Experienced in intercultural collaboration or projects
Knowledge of Deutsche Bahn’s IT internationalization strategy
