Task:Strategy / Governance / Policy
- Provide strategic Project Management (PM) advice, coaching and consulting that enables managers to turn IT strategy into practice
- Understand PM-requirements of IT-strategy and help to develop together with Subject Matter Experts
(SME's), process and policy in areas including collaboration, PM process, recruiting, talent management, performance management, reward and recognition.
- Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and guidelines relating to Project Management
- Support and participate in change management initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to PM members in designing solutions to IT problems/ issues
- Propagate the usage of PM best practices and be familiar with Quality Models (e.g CMMI)
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Create comprehensive and compelling presentations
- Translate and review documents (german <-> english)
- Define and update Homepage and Sharepoint sites with specific topics
- Maintain different tools (Market Place)
Requirements (Must have):
- English fluent, German fluent
- Possess in-depth experience of Project Management (at least 5 years experience)
- Demonstrate project working mind-set with focus on delivering high quality on time within the agreed scope
- Result-orientation with excellent analytical and selling skills.
- Flexibility and communication skills that enable to work with all levels of the organization including senior management
- Ability to efficiently and successfully manage across organizational and regional boundaries within a highly matrix-driven global organization
- High energy level and passion with the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organization, verbal communication, analytical and presentation skills

- Ability to train, motivate, evaluate, coach, mentor and direct PM and managers to meet desired objectives
- Strong project management experience with international certification and/or university degree
- Solid experience in IT environment including industry best practice, lifecycle models, IT project man-agement specifics, terminology and mind set
Environment/Miscellaneous:
The PM Expert will work with and through the IT Corporate Systems Organization to support clients (Business and IT) by the provision of wide-ranging expertise in all facets of project management. The goal is to build up and develop the PM community that can avails itself of best-practice tools, tech-niques and know-how. To meet this objective, he/she will offer consultancy and practical support across all phases of the project lifecycle and in all knowledge areas. Further tasks comprise the im-plementation and frequent re-evaluation of strategic measures striving to drive the Project Managers to deliver excellent project results.
