This is support only, no development done. Gathering requirements by interacting with the business users and provide solution based on it. Good Knowledge on ITIL V3 Incident, Problem & Change Management. Ready to work in 24*7 support environment. Very good communication skills.
Experience in MS Office Consulting areas. German speaking is must.
Key responsibilities would be -
Product Responsibility
- Planning, coordination, implementation of software product, service packs and hot fixes
- maintenance and product support (customization, testing) and documentation (instruction, concept and processes)
- Provide sources, prepare release documents, create RDMS entries, create installation documents, functionality tests, acceptance of the Scripting's/installations, release of the software packages/applications
- Adjustments/configuration of the products (no development), determination of behavior of the products via Group Policies according to customer's specifications
Consulting
- Strategic consulting for the product usage
- Consulting and coaching of users for selection and usage of products,
- cooperation with affected areas/interfaces, assessment and analysis of change requests and VIP Support
Support - processing and solution for trouble tickets etc.

- MS Office 2007, 2010 and 2013.
- MS Office 365 including Pro and Click to Run
- MS Office 365 Online/Mobile Apps for iOS Devices, Dynamics CRM, OneNote, Adobe Acrobat Reade

- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Publisher, MS Lync Skype for Business
- MS OneNote, MS InfoPath, MS Standard Add-Ins, installing Office Suite 2013 eg O365 ProPlus C2R
