Hortonworks Data Platform/HDP Specialist - Frankfurt - 6 Month Contract
I am currently looking for a Hadoop Data Platform/HDP specialist, who can undertake a contract based in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be working for a renowned Data Client.
You will act as an Engineer, working in a hands-on manner with HDP. You will help to guide the customer to implementing Hortonworks Data Platform.
We are looking to interview ASAP and the start date will be 3rd Sept (2 weeks on-boarding). We will cover hotels and travel in an expenses package.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist customer project team with processes, management, organization design and implementation.
- Collaboration and leadership through the implementation of the Hortonworks Data Platform & Hortonworks DataFlow.
- Code reviews and performance optimization
- On-going assistance with industrialization of Hortonwork Platforms - DevOps processes, Route to Live Process, Configuration Management, Upgrades, Patches, Testing etc.
- Conduct project planning with customer team
