For one of our clients we are looking for a Lotus Notes/Domino Transition Consultant :Task Description:
The transition from the former provider towards a new provider will also require a data center move.
The existing Lotus Notes/Domino environment needs to be moved to a new datacenter. An application scan will be performed to identify potential applications which can potentially cause problems during the move.
Steer & support External Provider during the datacenter migration
Analyse the application scans
Identify critical control points and preventive measures
Perform necessary application changes to ensure the successful move
Plan application moves
Communicate with involved parties (datacenter responsibles, application owners, project team)
Monitor the transition process
Prepare documentation/reports
