Job description
Manage users’ requirements with respect to feasibility of delivery and availability of vendor resources.
Monitor SLAs und running contracts
Build good working relationship with vendor, business analyst and users while delivering the required results.
Ensure continuous improvement process.
Ensure stable and smooth running of the day-to-day SAP operations.
Requirements
Very good knowledge of overall SAP system (ECC 6.0)
Very good project management skills
Strong negotiating abilities as well as analytical and creative problem solving skills
team player who is result driven and is able to work in a dynamic environment
Experience in vendor management, especially with outsourcing partners based in Asia
International project experience in multicultural teams advantageous
Experience in the telecommunication area nice to have
Fluent English (project language) mandatory, German nice to have
