We are currently looking for a “Service manager (m/f)" for our customer from the energy industry with the following basic conditions:Start: 3.09.2018
Duration: 7 months+
Location: Hannover
Must-have technologies:
• proactive analytical approach
• prepare summaries for mid- and top-management
• communicate to multiple stakeholder / key persons
• editing of the ITIL framework, at least on the V3 Foundation level
• handling of ITSM Tools (Service Now)
• intensive verbal and written communication (german/english).
• Configuration management
• Change management:
- advise in (Incident-, Problem-, Knowledge- and Service Request Management)
- creation of documentation and training materials
- performing trainings, guidance and assistance for support teams
- creation of CMDB data quality reports
- bringing transparency through Changes
