Problem Manager in Information / Cyber Security (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Act as Cyber Security professional and primarily drive multiple cyber security remediation projects
- Act as an advisor to internal customers and senior management on security problems
- Work within the bank’s Security Problem Management team in CISO Cyber Security
- Pick up and drive Security Problem Management related items to closure in collaboration with other Cyber Security teams and other GT IT departments
- Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions
- Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication
- Analyse and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate
Main qualifications
- Security experience in a technical or operational role of at least 2-3 security domains
- Expertise in System Administration, security settings and in Firewalls technologies (rules, etc)
- Fundamentals of Network and Application Security - strengths and weaknesses
- Successful management of matrix based projects
- A strong work ethic, a passion for cyber security and excellent project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with careful attention to details
- Capable of working under pressure and with multiple teams across the globe/time zones
- Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills at all levels
- Good team player, but also strong character to enforce the resolution of discovered IT Security issues
