My client is a leading communications company and require an Agile Coach to support a new project focused on marketing data.
Role
*Introduction of new (agile) working methods in a cross-functional project team
*Use of agile project management methods (Scrum, Lean & Kanban)
*Individual coaching for the project managers
*Team coaching (role finding & vision development)
*Establishment of internal knowledge carriers who independently develop processes, culture and organisation & long-term competence development for an agile way of working
*Training on the job - implementation support
Experience
*Experienced Agile coach within experience of working with large corporate organisations within non IT projects
*Experience to initiate change within the organisation
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to speak and write German is essential
Initially to the end of the year there may be the option to extend. Interviews to take place over the next 2 weeks
