For one of our clients we are looking for a Testmanager (m/f)Responsiblities:
Coordination of SIT and UAT for new +amp; existing HRS IT applications
Improve quality for UAT and production
3 test managers, 8 off-shore SIT team, numerous UAT testers
Operational Vendor Management for off-shore SIT team
Quality spot checks on SIT deliverables (test approaches, plans, cases, results)
Day-to-day monitoring of SIT team work (status calls, report evaluation)
KPI and SLA tracking
Conduct lessons learnt sessions
UAT coordination
End-to-end management of the testing process:
Write test requirements and approach
Prepare test cases, data, and plans
Conduct UAT kick-off sessions with end users
Coordinate end users through test execution
Manage issue tracking and analysis
Monitor test results
Compile concise status reports
Generate and collect improvement opportunities
IT Products:
HR applications including PeopleSoft knowledge
Strong in MS office suite
Testing Knowledge:
Hands-on experience in manual functional testing (test case design, execution)
Good understanding of test processes as embedded in the SDLC
* Vendor management experience
* ISTQB Test Manager certification or equivalent
* Experience in automated testing (tool knowledge)
Excellent command of the English language both written +amp; spoken
