Ihre Aufgaben:
- Evaluation of customer, competitive and in-house systems for technical and commercial points of view
- Creation and assessment of studies and concepts for implememtation in informatics, taking into account current and future business needs (development in technology and on the market)
- Evaluation, assessment and recommendations for the implementation of hardware, software and telecommunication technologies
- Acquisition and execution of IT-consulting projects
- Provide input for the development of short and long term goals, policies and guidelines for the implementation of information technologies
- Advise users on IT-concepts and solutions
- Creation of customer specific solutions
- Review and audit of informatics projects
- Planning the implementation of IT-solutions at the customer site including project management and controlling
Ihre Qualifikation
- Act as single point of quality support for the project
- Understands the scope, complexity and delivery approach of the project to effectively influence the best practices for the delivery of the project
- You are able to help the PM create lifecycle documents using IPMPF templates
- Tailors deliverables and advises on documentation requirements so that quality standards can be met by projects
- Supports others in delivering the requirements for quality assurance (QA)
- Ensures that internal and external quality standards are met
- Escalates non-compliance against quality standards to appropriate bodies/function for resolution
- Ensures compliance of projects with global document management standards and legal requirements
- Maintains appropriate documentation of tasks, incidents, and activities performed
- 5+ years of professional IT or other experience preferably within multiple technology or business domains
- Experience in process deployment and quality assurance
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of health authority regulations, GxP, SDLC, documentation standards, infrastructure qualification, computer system validation, change management principles, and ITIL-fundamentals
- Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills
